Hi. I'm Brandy.

I serve as an independent advisor to families and a trusted guide in the complex world of family offices. With nearly two decades of experience building and leading some of the world’s most complex family offices, I bring a grounded perspective shaped by both firsthand operational work and big-picture strategic thinking. My focus is on helping multi-generational families integrate their operations with their core values.

Today, I work closely with family principals, rising-generation leaders, and institutional collaborators on everything from strategic planning and values alignment to operating model design and investment governance. My approach blends candor with empathy, creating space for families and leaders to speak with clarity and courage—especially when dynamics make honest dialogue difficult.

What I offer is real-world insight across the multi-generational family ecosystem. I’m most energized when I can be a thought partner to leaders who are reimagining what it means to build not just wealth, but a flourishing family .

Let's connect

I’d love to learn more about your needs and challenges.

Every family and organization is unique, and each conversation is an opportunity to discover something new. I often learn as much from these exchanges as I hope others learn from me. The best way to see whether I can add value is to connect and explore together.

Additionally, my most treasured resource is a community of brilliant peers. If your needs align more closely with their expertise, I believe it’s an act of stewardship to point you in their direction.

My Values

At the intersection of wealth, relationships, and transition-- clarity and trust matter most. My values are what keep me grounded. They are not abstract principles but practical guides that shape how I advise families, lead through complexity, and hold space for both individuals and the collective.

Authenticity

Speaking truthfully and showing up as your complete self, especially when it is hard.

Reciprocity

Building relationships where giving and receiving are balanced, creating trust and resilience.

Responsible Use of Power

Recognizing influence and authority as tools for care, not control, and using them to empower others.
